Gowran Park Sat, 5th Oct, 2024  Finnians Row He seems to be happiest jumping and galloping so that was the plan to have a go again today. He jumped and travelled well and Paddy said he gave him a breather turning-in and away he went again. Paddy comes in riding out for me one day a week. He'll go on soft ground but not on the extremes. It is great for the ladies (owners Anne McCartan and Frances Smyth) who are from the north but missed the last day he won.

Tramore Fri, 16th Aug, 2024  Tullyveery Lad He is around forever and that's his third win. He got an injury running around here and when he came back he wasn't right for a long time, but he is in a right vein of form now. He isn't winning big races but it's great for his owners. . If he comes back and eats up, he'll probably run again on Sunday (over fences). Paddy Hanlon was suspended today, so we got Donagh instead and you couldn't get better. Paddy gets on very well with him and he'll probably be disappointed today, but he'll ride him on Sunday. . My nephew Paddy had a winner earlier for Kieran Purcell and I'm delighted for them.
