The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cailean's Angel, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at both nostrils as a result of exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage and furthermore had lost a right fore shoe
P.T. Enright, rider of Blustery trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly and was pulled up
