The Mastercraftsman filly had previously finished a creditable sixth in a Killarney handicap that worked out very well and she can continue to progress after making the breakthrough last time. New York Angel was a winner over this trip at Gowran and ran well when third over 7f at the Curragh. The second at the Curragh has gone in since and Johnny Murtagh’s consistent type is likely to race prominently again from the inside stall. Glandore Harbour has shown promise in a couple of maidens and is 6lb better off with Sheer Chance after finishing a place in front of that rival when fifth at Killarney. She was only half a length behind a filly who is now rated 74 and could be on a decent mark for her handicap debut.
