FormscanBy Gary Carson - SERIOUS CHALLENGE is top rated here and this looks a nice opportunity for him on his seasonal debut. The Fracas gelding won a Galway maiden in soft ground last summer, beating a decent sort in Hiawatha. He showed up well for a long way before finishing fourth to Auguste Rodin in Group 2 company on Irish Champions Weekend and looks worthy of his rating of 102. Zoinnocent is rated 5lb inferior to the selection and has to be a big danger here getting 5lb with Hugh Horgan also taking 7lb off her back. She was runner-up in the Group 3 Silver Flash Stakes last season and but it would be a slight concern that all her form was on better ground. Sprewell is a potential improver after a couple of nice maiden runs last season and could pick up minor money.
