Marias Dream provides Coogan with rare Curragh Success

Jimmy Coogan had his first winner at The Curragh for twelve years thanks to Marias Dream s victory in the EBF Fillies Handicap.

Coogan was afraid of the ground, worried as to whether or not the filly would act on it, but she came home strongly for a half a length win.

This was her first victory since recording back-to-back wins when successful at the Galway Festival in 2007.
