FormscanBy Donal Murphy - The hat-trick seeking SHE'S IN THE GAME gets the nod in this competitive contest. The Bill Farrell trained chestnut has been in excellent form this season, finishing outside the first three on just one of her seven starts. The daughter of Starspangledbanner has won her last two by a short head, with her penultimate success coming over the course and distance. She still looks reasonably well-treated on a mark of 73 and it will be disappointing if she is not involved towards the business end here. Big Baby Bull has been running well of late and the Denis Hogan trained five-year-old is given second preference. He too is a course and distance winner and has been placed on his last two starts at Roscommon and Gowran respectively. Brushwork, who is three wins from four outings, is an interesting contender on his debut for Johnny Levins and David Spratt. He was third to subsequent Group 1 winner Glen Shiel at Newcastle on his most recent start in January of 2020. Mazagran, who is the highest rated runner in the line-up, warrants respect with Mikey Sheehy taking five pounds off, while others for the shortlist are Ice Cold In Alex, Ozymandis, Moss Tucker and Sindhia.
