FormscanBy Tom Weekes - Lightly-weighted SHEWEARSITWELL has a fitness edge over a line-up which includes some Galway suspects. Lightly-raced and absent following a fall last Christmas, she ran well in a Grade 1 in April, won nicely at Killarney and has 7lb in hand over last year's winner Sole Pretender, which reverts from fences and continues in form. Saint Roi is the top adjusted rated runner, was a course and distance winner in October 2020 and has competed exclusively in Grade 1s since. Beaten a short-head by Darasso at Punchestown, he is 9lb better off today but lacks a recent run, with the Galway Hurdle a likely target. Darasso is dependable but has plenty weight while Felix Desjy won a Punchestown handicap hurdle but is held by Darasso and Saint Roi on previous meetings. Celestial Horizon and Francois step up in grade from recent wins while Early Doors and A Wave Of The Sea are better over fences and will have the Galway Plate as targets.
