The ground at Roscommon is Good to Yielding, Good in places after 6.5mm of rain yesterday.

Mainly dry with the possibility of heavy isolated showers throughout the day is the forecast and temperatures of 18-19 degrees are expected.

The first of seven National Hunt races is off at 4.35pm.

Miss Tempo, Rare Conor and Chasing Abbey are notable non runners in the extended two mile seven handicap hurdle at 5.40pm.

Sligo races on Wednesday and Thursday and the going is Good to Yielding, Good in places (flat course) and Good (hurdle track) after a further 8mm of rain.

Showers are forecast tomorrow, turning heavier into Thursday. The track is monitoring the situation regarding watering the hurdle track.

Leopardstown also races on Thursday and the going remains Good following 15mm of rain since Friday.

A dry day is forecast with unsettled weather thereafter and the possibility of approximately 10-15mm of rain prior to racing.
