Whispersinthewind (11/1) added to her fillies' maiden victory in Naas last month when delivering in the rated race over seven furlongs at Dundalk.
Donnacha O'Brien 's charge tracked the leaders and was ridden by Joey Sheridan to lead approaching the final furlong.
She forged on nicely to hold 11/4 favourite Hightimeyouwon by three parts of a length. Current Option (14/1) was another half a length back in third, after not having the clearest of runs.
Sheridan said: "It looked a competitive little race on paper.
"It was going to be a tough ask for her being the only filly in the race against older geldings. She had no light weight on her back with 9-9.
"It is my first time riding her and she obviously has a bit of ability there. She rode quite a sweet filly when everything went to plan.
"It is nice to back up her maiden win with a win up here."
When asked about her recent Listed-race entry at Dundalk (reserve), he replied: "Donnacha knows what he has and obviously, with that being a Listed race, it was easy to ride her with confidence probably in a race like this.
"Big thanks to Donnacha because it is nice to pick up that ride for him when his lads are away."
