The Stewards enquired into the late arrival of Kodi Dream (GB), trained by Adrian Paul Keatley, into the parade ring for this race. Patrick Sinnott representative of the trainer, explained the circumstances surrounding the delay and apologised for this. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Adrian Paul Keatley was in breach of Rule 32(ii) in that he had failed to parade his charge a reasonable amount of time before the signal to mount was given and having considered his record in this regard, they issued a fine of ?200 through his representative. Furthermore, the Stewards found that Adrian Paul Keatley was in breach of Rule 147(v) in that he had failed to lodge the appropriate paperwork in relation to his authorised representative and having considered his record in this regard, they issued a fine of ?130 through his representative.
