Adrian McGuinness is weighing up the options for Master Speaker after the in-form sprinter won for the second time in 2018.

The six-year-old has yet to taste defeat since joining the County Dublin handler, who has high hopes for the son of Danehill Dancer.

However, Master Speaker's latest success by five and a half lengths at Dundalk last week did not go unnoticed by the handicapper.

"He's in great form. We are looking at a few options for him, but the handicapper was severe on him," said McGuinness.

"He gave him 15lb for winning the other night, which I thought was a bit harsh. We have to take it on the chin, he did win easy.

"I think he will be very competitive in some of those big sprint handicaps this year. We're going to target them.

"There's a conditions race in Dundalk next month. He might run in that or we've got an option of going to Lingfield on Good Friday for a £50,000 apprentice handicap or the first day of the (Irish turf) season (March 25) and a sprint handicap at Naas. That's a 0-100.

"There are loads of options for him."
