I've had a mixed day with three third places and one fourth but this was the one I fancied. Anything that could go wrong did go wrong today. They went no gallop and she met lots of trouble but she's improving and she's a good string to have in my bow. It's onwards and upwards with her. We might go to Ayr for a mares hurdle on Scottish National Day. Patrick McCann from Loughgall, County Armagh is the main man in the partnership. He's my principal backer as he's invested heavily in the yard.
